VicTsing Portable External Slot CD/DVD-RW Drive

The VicTsing Portable External Slot CD/DVD-RW Drive is relatively easy to use. It has an attached USB cable which is plugged into the Computer or Laptop in order to use the CD/DVD-RW Drive. It is as easy as plug and play to use.

 

I put a DVD into the drive on my computer and it started up the remote to play the DVD right away. The picture to me is not as crisp as being on the TV Screen but it works very good. I can use the remote control to play the DVD, stop the DVD or pause as well. The External Slot CD/DVD-RW matches the color of the Apple products. It has a nice silver color to it. It is about the same size as a disk or just a tad bit bigger. On the outside of the External Slot CD/DVD-RW Drive it shows what it can do.

 

 On the right hand side there is a rectangular button that opens and closes the tray to place the CD/DVD inside and to take it out.

 

There is a light that will come on to show it is in use.

After watching the DVD I wanted to take it out. For some reason the tray would not open. I was not able to open it after trying multiple times pressing the button on the front. I was finally able to get it to open but I have not figured out why it would not open initially.

The External Slot CD/DVD-RW Drive has a nice weight to it. It is not flimsy. It is a Slim Drive so it does not take up much space. This works out great for a Computer or Laptop that does not have an External Slot CD/DVD-RW Drive. It is compact enough to use while on the go when access to an External Slot Drive is needed. This can also Burn a Disc or Write a Disc along with being able to create a backup disc. This has come in handy when I am away from home to have access to an External Drive. I am happy with this product. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.
